Stephanie did a phenomenal job with our house purchase. Her knowledge of the market, especially Evanston, is impressively deep. She is very practical and extremely smart which helped us in every phase from house hunting, to making an offer, to negotiating the contract, and through the close process. Her advice on potential addition options and vast knowledge of construction was an added bonus as adding more space was critical for this house being the right fit. Her counsel has truly been invaluable to us (even more so on the sale of our house!). We couldn't recommend Stephanie and by extension, Baird & Warner, more highly.
