My wife and I don't normally write testimonials, but we feel compelled to do so for Stephanie after such an outstanding experience with her. During our initial meeting, it was apparent that Stephanie had researched and thought about our home significantly more than any other broker we met with. Unlike some others, she did not just tell us what we wanted to hear. She gave it to us straight, put together a strategic plan, and then executed on it to perfection. We received a full price offer in less than two weeks. When those buyers fell through, we were understandably upset. Stephanie helped us through it and a mere six days later she secured another very strong offer from the ultimate buyers of our home. Throughout the process Stephanie was exceptionally responsive and constantly exceeded our expectations.
