Stephanie Mitchell , my buyer's agent in Evanston is a person of great integrity . During the process of looking for a new home , Stephanie was always available to line up an appointment and get me into a newly listed "hot" property first . Once determined, she quickly negotiated an offer. We worked together to determine the best price and value for the property through market analysis before making the offer. During the Inspection, Stephanie walked through the unit with the inspector and together we determined the most important items to request as a credit from the sellers. Her negotiation skills and experience are invaluable to a home buyer. She has fantastic design vision, understands space and how to reconfigure rooms to improve the look and feel of a potential property and which ones to rule out. I respect her professionalism in this business. Stephanie is trustworthy and was unflappable during the negotiation of my final contract. We closed on time .
